Agreement
These terms apply to the Reefcount program for Windows and macOS and the survey tool on reefcount.gg (the "Service"), provided by Reefcount Software Inc., 91 Ocean Pl, Los Angeles, CA 90073 ("we"). By installing or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice. If you are under 18, review them with a parent or guardian.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Reefcount on computers you own or control. You may not sell, rent or redistribute the program, remove its notices, or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows.
What the Service does
Reefcount reads locker screenshots you provide, identifies Fortnite cosmetic items, estimates their combined value in V-Bucks using usual Item Shop amounts by rarity, and shows public Item Shop and season information. It does not connect to your Epic Games account, cannot change anything in the game and does not offer V-Bucks or items of any kind.
Estimates
Surveys, values and charts are estimates for your information and enjoyment. Recognition can miss or misread items, Epic Games can change items and the Item Shop at any time, and bundles or special offers may differ from usual amounts. Don't rely on Reefcount for decisions outside the game.
Fair use
- Use Reefcount only with screenshots you took or have permission to use.
- Don't use the Service to arrange, advertise or support trading, lending or transferring Fortnite accounts or items, which Epic Games does not allow.
- Don't use Reefcount to modify, automate or interfere with Fortnite or any Epic service.
- Don't scrape the catalog, overload our servers or try to bypass security.
Updates
The program checks for catalog and version updates. Some updates install automatically to keep recognition accurate after Fortnite patches. We may change or retire features over time and will give notice of significant changes on this site.
Trademarks
Fortnite, V-Bucks and Fortnite item names and images are trademarks or copyrights of Epic Games, Inc., used only to identify items. Reefcount is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Epic Games. The Reefcount name, program, photographs and text belong to Reefcount Software Inc.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reefcount Software Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost data. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
California law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact crew@reefcount.gg first so we can try to resolve any issue informally. Otherwise, disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, or in small claims court where eligible.
Changes and contact
